Rubens was founded by Cornelia & Ruben Baumgart, two thoroughbred restaurateurs. Conny, an Austrian with southeast Styrian roots and numerous international positions as a hotel manager, and Ruben, half North German, half Austrian, a passionate chef with expertise in Austrian catering.The two of them together form Rubens, he in the kitchen, she as hostess.
